I said the above quote to someone today and they asked what I meant.

I said… “If I have to explain it, it ruins the beauty.”

Think about it, you used to have to go to the front of your car and turn a crank handle to get it to start.

Now, in most cases, you just get in and push a button and the thing starts right up. At the most you have to turn a key.

So why the F**k is being a dental patient so difficult? Insurance forms and new patient forms and waiting and all the other bullshit.

Why can’t someone take the steps to make it more simple to be a patient.

So, when the economy sucks, and you have no money to add things, think of new ways to make it easier to be your patient.

A lot of times this will lead to the elimination of some things that may be costing you money.
